My name is Ian Mitchell and I am a Chartered Mechanical Engineer based in Oxfordshire UK.
I graduated from Queens University Belfast with and honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and a masters degree in Engineering Computation.
Prismtechconsult Ltd. is my consulting company through which I offer a range of engineering and technical services.
My career has included working in the Aerospace, Defence, Nuclear and Medical Device sectors where I held positions up to board level as Engineering Director.
I have a hands on style and an ability to 'see the wood from the trees' so throughout my career I have taken complex problems and systems and quickly identified the key areas requiring attention.
I am also a 'people person' and enjoy achieving objectives through team building and setting clear objectives to other team members.
